This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents police in not registering the FIR basing on the complaint of the petitioner filed through spandana dated 25.07.2022 after receipt of the said complaint vide Receipt No.1029- 2022/Spandana/Vijayawada/2022, dated 25.07.2022, notregister their and not taken action against the culprits is illegal, arbitrary and against the principles natural justice

and also violation of Article 14, 19. 21 and 300-A of Constitution of India including the Apex Court Judgment Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh and consequently direct the respondents police to entertain the complaint and register the FIR against the accused persons.”
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
3. Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that the police received a complaint through post, but the petitioner did not appear at the police station to provide the necessary particulars, and therefore they have not registered any crime
4. Recording the said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
