The petitioner by means of the present writ petition has prayed for a direction upon the respondents/authorities to conduct fair inquiry in respect of misappropriation of funds of the institution namely, 'Shri Bhagirathi Vedang Inter College, Ramghat Dibai, Bulandshahar' committed by respondent no.7. 3. The petitioner is complainant and he is not aggrieved by the misappropriation of funds of the institution made by respondent no.7 as none of the rights of the petitioner is prejudiced. 4. In such view of the fact, the petitioner has no locus standi to file the present writ petition. 5. Consequently, the writ petition is dismissed with no order as to costs.
