ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of respondents particularly 4th respondent at the instance of 5th respondent in repeatedly insisting petitioners to appear before the 4th respondent police station and insisting petitioners to vacate from the lands of Ac.3.00 cents Ac.0.75 cents and Ac.0.75 cents covered by Sy.No.66 of Chopparamannagudem Village in Koyyalagudem Mandal of West Godavari District by settling the civil disputes in O.S.No.140 of 2020 on the file of court of learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Jangareddygudem and yield to the demands of 5th respondent as illegal, irregular, irrational, without any authority of law and volative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere in any manner with petitioners’ life personal liberty and said property …”
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that in the light of the interim
order passed by this Court vide Order dated 09.02.2021, the respondent- police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the petitioners and unofficial respondent.
3. Sri P. Nagaraju, learned counsel representing Sri Nimmagadda Satyanarayana, learned counsel for the petitioners, would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of.

4. In that view of the matter, this Writ Petition is disposed of making the interim order as absolute. There shall be no order as to costs.
