Quash the proceedings No. 10/Estt/APMSIDC/ 2022/3375, dated 31-10-2022 relieving the petitioner from service by Respondent No.3, 2. Further quash the relieving order vide Rc.No./SE/APMSIDC/Circle/ KNL/2022-23, Dt. 31-10-2022, of 4th respondent, relieving the petitioner from service on attaining superannuation at the age of 60 Years And declare the actions of Respondents 3 and 4 as illegal, arbitrary and against the natural justice and fair play contrary to the Provisions of A.P. Public Employment (Regulation of Age of Superannuation Act, 1984 and further violating the Fundamental Rights of the Petitioners under Article 14, 16 and 21 of Constitution of India and declare the impugned Order as non-est in law and further direct the respondents to continue the Petitioners in employment in the same position as on the date of impugned order till the age of 62 years of Superannuation and pass such other order. IA NO: 1 OF 2023 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to suspend the impugned Proceedings No.10/Estt/ APMSIDC/ 2022/3375, dated 31-10-2022 directing the 4th Respondent to relive the petitioner and the relieving order vide Rc.No.SE/APMSIDC/Circle/1CNL/2022-23, Dt.31-10¬2022, of 4th respondent, in the interest of justice and to pass such other order.
