The grievance of the Petitioner is that respondent Police did not complete the investigation pertaining to Crime No.188 of 2020 of Parigi Police Station, Ananthapuramu District. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that necessary orders may be passed by disposing of this Writ Petition. In that view, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Respondent Police are directed to complete the investigation and file charge sheet/final report according to law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order, if not filed so far.
