Heard Sri P. Anand Surya, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri Suresh Kumar Reddy Kalava, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner, Sri T. Sanjeeva Rao, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, Sri P. Rajesh Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Finance & Planning and Sri Radha Krishna Lankishetty, learned Counsel appearing online on behalf of Sri V. Ch. Naidu, learned Standing Counsel for Respondent Nos.3 &
4. 2. On instructions, Sri T. Sanjeeva Rao, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, has admitted the amount and due to technical glitch, the Office of the District Collector could not upload the bills on the CFMS Portal. 3. Sri Radha KrishnaLankishetty, learned Counsel appearing online on behalf of Sri V. Ch. Naidu, learned Standing Counsel for Respondent Nos.3 & 4, submits that the necessary process will be done expeditiously. 3
4. Sri P. Rajesh Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Finance & Planning (Respondent No.5), submits that the bills have not been received by the Department of Finance so far. 5.
Having considered these facts, there shall be a direction to all the Departments to complete the entire administrative process, both inter- departmental and intra-departmental, by way of mutual cooperation and coordination, relating to the amount of Rs.33,20,289/- within a period of fourteen (14) weeks from today and transfer the net amount as full and final settlement to the bank account of the Writ Petitioner within four (4) weeks thereafter. 6. Writ Petitioner is directed to submit bank account details to the Competent Authority within two weeks from today, for effective compliance. 7. With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition stands allowed. No order as to costs. 8.
