Petitioners have filed this petition seeking following relief (s) :- (i) That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records concerning the case of the petitioner from the concerned authorities for its kind perusal. (ii) That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set aside/quash the impugned letter dated 22.4.2025 (Annexure P/4) issued by respondent No.2/Secretary, CG Board of Secondary Education, Raipur as also the impugned letter dated 13.11.2025 (Annexure P/6) issued by respondent 2 No.2/Secretary, Raipur and direct the respondent authorities to consider the grant of recognition to the petitioners' school for English medium also in accordance with law. (iii) That this Hon'ble Court may also kindly be pleased to grant any other relief deemed fit in the facts and circumstances of the case to the petitioners including cost of the petition. 2. Learned counsel for respondent No.2 would submit that outstanding dues is against petitioners of Rs.24,400/- for grant of recognition to the English Medium School. If petitioners deposited the amount as 3 mentioned above, portal will be opened for a period of three days subject to the submission of receipt. 3. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that according to his instruction, there is no dues, petitioner has already deposited the amount, however, petitioners are ready to deposit the amount as stated by learned counsel for respondent No.2 of Rs.24,400/-, however, it will be subject to outcome of the representation to be made by petitioners. 4. In view of above submission made by learned counsel for respective parties, this petition is disposed of at this stage, permitting petitioners to deposit an amount of Rs.24,400/- as mentioned above in the letter dated 17.12.2024 addressed to the petitioner No.3 and if petitioners’ school deposit the said amount within prescribed period, the respondent No.2 is directed to open the portal for making an application by the petitioners school for its recognition. Petitioners thereafter will be at liberty to submit representation/objection against the amount demanded and deposited. If such representation/objection is made, respondent No.2 shall consider and take decision on the representation/objection expeditiously, within an outer limit of 45 days from the date of receipt of representation/objection. 5.
