The present application under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita has been filed to quash the entire proceedings of Complaint Case No. 16.12.2024 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 6, Ghaziabad in Criminal Revision No. 224 of 2024, whereby revisional court affirmed the order dated 31.08.2022 passed by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 5, Ghaziabad in Complaint Case No. 1501 of 2022 by which the learned Magistrate dismissed the complaint. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file an appropriate application/ proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. Certified copy of the order may be returned to the learned counsel for the applicant after retaining a xerox thereof.
