When case is called, there is no representation for the petitioner. 2. The petitioner has sought the following reliefs:- “(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus to direct the Respondent No.2 to decide the representation dated 09.03.2023 flouting the direction issued order in (PIL) No. 07 of 2019 Bisarat Ali Vs. State of Uttarakhand & others. 1 2025:UHC:2891-DB (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondent No.2 and 3 to take suitable action against the encroachers who have made illegal encroachment over the land of the Gram Sabha Dhanderi, Tehsil Roorkee, District Haridwar.” 3. Learned counsel for the State submits that they have filed a counter affidavit and, in the counter affidavit, they have asserted that they have removed the encroachments, as prayed for in the writ petition. 4.
