Case No. 42 of 2024 for the offences under sections 126(2)/118(2)/109/3 (5) of the B.N.S., pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M, Ghatshila. On 13.12.2024, the petitioner and the accused persons assaulted the mother of the informant causing injury. It was submitted that there is general allegation against the accused persons. It was further submitted that two co-accused have been granted bail by the learned sessions court itself and the case of the petitioner stands on similar footing.
