It is the contention of the petitioner that when online application for phodi and durast was made by the - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:38096 WP No. 28639 of 2025 petitioner, the computer has generated information that there is RTC mismatch and therefore, the application is not accepted online. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner has been informed that there is a mismatch between the RTC and Akarbandh and therefore, the petitioner will have to approach the Assistant Commissioner, Pandavapura, to rectify the mistake. If such is the information given to the petitioner, this Court cannot direct the Tahsildar to accept the application for phodi without rectifying the mistake. 3. Consequently, the writ petition stands disposed of reserving liberty to the petitioner to approach the Assistant Commissioner, Pandavapura Taluk and get the mistake rectified in accordance with law.
