Twenty Lakhs, is illegal, Contrary to Articles 14, 16, 19, 21 of Constitution, and against the principals of natural justice, consequently to Direct the Respondents to pay compensation of Rs.Twenty Lakhs to the Petitioner, and to pass IA NO: 1 OF 2020 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to Direct the Respondents 1 to 3 to examine the complaint lodged by the petitioner in Spandana Programme on 15-12-2018, Vide KUR201912181645, and conduct the Enquiry against the respondents 4 to 8 by submitting a report before this Honble Court, and to pass Counsel for the Petitioner: 1.
