2 Hon'ble Shri Justice Rakesh Mohan Pandey Order on Board 06/05/2025 WPC No. 1881 of 2020: This petition has been filed by the petitioner against the order dated 01.05.2020 passed by respondent No.1 in Suo Motu Petition No. 46/2020. Mr. Ankit Singhal, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would fairly submit that the order impugned passed by respondent No. 1 is appealable according to the provisions of Section 111 of the Electricity Act. Thus, he would pray to withdraw this petition with liberty to avail the remedy available under the law. No objection from other side. Permission granted. Accordingly, this petition (WPC No. 1881/2020) is dismissed reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to avail remedy under the law. WPC No. 2124 of 2020: At the very outset, Mr. N.
