This Court, vide order dated 27.05.2025 passed in MCRC No. 3406/2025, while allowing the bail to the applicant, namely, Jagdish Prasad Verma had expressed its trust that the trial Court would make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with 2 law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of passing of the order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. The learned Special Judge (N.D.P.S.) Balodabazar (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 21.11.2025 requests for grant of some more time for concluding the trial stating that the case is fixed for appearance of the accused and due to absence of accused, the trial could not be completed within stipulated time period. 4. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a period of four months from today. 5. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 6.
