Case No. 376 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 74, 137(2), 96, 352 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 8 of the POCSO Act. 3. The victim eloped with the petitioner and got married to him. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner. 6.
