Heard Sri. Chandrashekar C., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and have perused the material on record. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:29064 WP No. 20183 of 2025 3. A suit in O.S.No.781/2009 is instituted for specific performance, which is later renumbered as O.S.No.2459/2022. However, the fact remains that the suit is of the year 2009 and has been languishing before the concerned Court for the last 16 years, without it moving forward. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner takes this Court through the Order Sheet appended to demonstrate that there are only adjournments found in the Order Sheet. 5. In that light, the concerned Court shall endeavour to dispose the said suit within an outer limit three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, if not earlier.
