Respondent(s) For Petitioner : None Hon’ble Shri Justice Rakesh Mohan Pandey Judgment On Board 05-05-2025 1) Petitioner has filed this petition assailing the order dated 17.01.2020 passed by the learned District Judge, Balod, District Balod (C.G.) 2 whereby application moved by the petitioner under Section 24 read with Section 151 of CPC for transfer of Execution Case No. 47A/1996 from Balod to Gunderdehi has been rejected. 2) This petition was filed on 06.02.2020 and thereafter, it was listed for orders on defaults on 25.02.2020 and 05.04.2023 but till date, defaults have not been rectified. Today, when this matter has been taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of petitioner. 3) It appears that petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter.
