This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the questioning the inaction of the respondent police in taking action on the petitioner compliant dated 08.07.2022 and even though the offences attract in the complaint the 3rd respondent is not inclined to register the FIR as illegal and

arbitrary and consequently direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to conduct fair investigation as per law”

3. Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that based on complaint given by the petitioner, police have registered a case in Crime No.325 of 2022 of Governorpet Police Station, for the offences punishable under Sections 354(c) and 506 IPC
4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
