Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record. 2. This writ petition has been filed for following reliefs:- "1.Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent's no. 2 to 4 to directing the Revenue Inspector and area Lekhpal Tahsil Sadar District Azamgarh to compliance the order dated 1.5.2024 passed by Up-Ziladhikari Sadar District Azamgarh in Case no. RST/307/2023, computer no. T202315060100307 Sahab and another. versus Sarkar under section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code 2006 within specific period. II. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent's no. 3 to heed over application of the petitioner dated 17.2.2025 in accordance with law." 3. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that an order under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 has been passed on 01.05.2024 for demarcation of the land but the same has not been given effect to. 4. Learned Standing Counsel has submitted that no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending and it would be appropriate that respondent No. 3 be directed to get the land demarcated. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move appropriate application before respondent No. 3 along with certified copy of this order within two weeks. In case, such an application is moved by the petitioner, the respondent No. 3 is directed to get the land of the petitioner demarcated and get the boundary marks installed in pursuance of order dated 01.05.2024 in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of six weeks thereafter, provided there is no other legal impediment.
