The petitioners are aggrieved by the inaction on the part of respondent No.2 in not considering the representation dated 18.11.2025, whereby petitioners requested the 2nd respondent to consider regularization of the unauthorized construction in terms of G.O.Ms.No.225, dated 12.11.2025. 2. The learned Standing counsel appearing for respondent No.2 submits that the petitioners have to submit an application in terms of G.O.Ms.No.225 and pay the requisite fee for determining the compounding fee. It is further submitted that, after respondent No.2 determines the eligibility of the petitioners, respondent No.2 shall compute the penalization amount to be paid by the petitioners. It is also stated that upon payment of such amount, respondent No.2 shall pass appropriate orders in terms of G.O.Ms.No.225. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are willing to submit an application in terms of G.O.Ms.No.225. 4. Considering the above, the writ petition is disposed off at the time of admission stage, leaving it open for the petitioners to submit the required application in terms of G.O.Ms.No.225. Upon receipt of such application, respondent No.2 shall consider the same in accordance with law and dispose off it expeditiously. There shall be no order as to costs.
