JUSTICE M.NAGAPRASANNA ORAL ORDER The petitioner is before this Court seeking a direction by issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus to consider the representation/application submitted by him on 09.12.2022 for re-determining compensation in respect of the acquired land. 2. Heard Sri. Keerthi Prasad D.C., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Sri. Seshu V., learned HCGP - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:26249 WP No. 15225 of 2025 appearing for the respondents and have perused the material on record. 3. Learned HCGP would on instructions submit that, if reasonable time is granted, the application of the petitioner would be considered in terms of law i.e., Section 28A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 and appropriate orders would be passed thereon. 4. In that light, without going into the merit of the matter, I deem it appropriate to dispose the petition with a direction to the respondents to consider the application of the petitioner and pass necessary orders in accordance with law, within an outer limit of twelve (12) weeks, if not earlier.
