THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR CONCILIATION BEFORE NATIONAL LOK ADALAT, THE FOLLOWING CONCILIATION ORDER IS PASSED: CONCILIATION ORDER In this petition, the petitioner has prayed for quashing the Order in Ka Aa Ko/PGA/CR-107/2017-18 dated 16.05.2019 passed by the Assistant Labour 3 Commissioner and Controlling Authority, Kolar Sub- Division, Kolar vide Annexure-A and the Order in Sa Ka Aa Bem-3/Uu Pa Ka/CR-08/2019 dated 21.01.2020 passed by the first respondent vide Annexure-C. After negotiations, the parties have arrived at settlement. Both the parties have filed a Joint Memo duly signed before the Lok Adalath. The said Joint Memo reads as follows: " 1. The petitioner- corporation has agreed to pay Rs.1,08,205/- with 6% interest from the date of application till the date of deposit in full and final settlement of the case. 2. The respondent has agreed to receive the above stated amount as full and final settlement. 3. The excess gratuity amount deposited by the corporation should be refunded to Corporation. 4 4. The parties to the proceeding have agreed for the above terms."
