JUSTICE YARENJUNGLA LONGKUMER ORDER Date : 12.08.2025 Heard Mr. A.R Agarwala, learned counsel for the appellant/claimant. Ms. S Roy, learned counsel entered appearance for respondent No. 1/Insurance Company. At the outset, it is submitted that the matter has been amicably settled outside the Court and it is stated that the amount of Rs 1,03,687/- which was the awarded amount by the Ld. Tribunal has been paid along with interest and thereafter, the enhanced amount of Rs 3,50,000/- has been agreed upon by the parties and the said amount will be deposited by the National Insurance Co. Ltd within 4(four) weeks from today in the bank account of the claimant No. 1. Having heard the submission made by the learned counsel of both parties and having considered the fact that the judgment and award has been satisfied and the enhanced amount has also been agreed upon by the parties this petition stands disposed of. It is, therefore, directed that the Insurance Company shall deposit the additional amount of Rs. 3,50,000/- in the bank account of the claimant No. 1 via electronic mode within 4(four) weeks from today in the bank account which will be provided by the claimant. In terms of the above the MACApp./30/2020 along with I.A.(Civil)/2045/2025 stands disposed of. Mr. A.R Agarwala, learned counsel for the appellant/claimant shall furnish the bank particulars of the claimant No. 1 to the Insurance Company within 1(one) week.
