By the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking a limited prayer to Tehsildar Durg to take steps on the application for demarcation moved by the petitioner, which is pending since 2022. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner in the year 2022 moved an application before the Tehsildar Durg, for demarcation of the land owned by the petitioner i.e. land bearing khasra No. 0.413 hectare situated at P.H. no. 19 Potiyakala, Tahsil and District Durg. On the said application, vide (Annexure P/3) notices were issued for demarcation of the land by the OfÏce of Revenue Inspector Kasardihi Durg, however, no demarcation was made on the said date and which was kept pending, however when the petitioner approached the authority they asked the petitioner to move a fresh application, for which the petitioner submitted a fresh application before the Tehsildar vide (Annexure P/4) dated 23.10.2024 and on the said application again notices were issued by the Revenue Authority vide (Annexure P/5) dated 26.11.2024, but till date the demarcation of the land in question is not being conducted. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent would submit that if the application for demarcation is still pending before the 3 Tehsildar/respondent no. 4, the same shall be considered and necessary steps will be taken for demarcation of the land of the petitioner within a stipulated period. 4. I have heard both the parties and perused the notices issued on the basis of the application moved by the petitioner i.e. in the year 2022 & in the year 2024. In both the applications, notices were issued but the demarcation has not been conducted till date, hence the Tehsildar Durg is directed to take steps in the application submitted by the petitioner and conduct the demarcation within a period of 45 days from today. The petitioner will apprise the order of this Court to the Tehsildar. 5. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of. Sd/- (Bibhu Datta Guru) Judge Shoaib
