The instant petition has been filed for the following reliefs: "writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to stay the operation of impugned orders dated 13.9.2023 and 21.6.2024 passed by respondent no.3 and 4 and dispossession of petitioner over disputed plots may also be stayed till the disposal of petitioner's Revision No.146 of 2024 (Ram Badan Vs. State of U.P. and others) pending before the respondent no.2/ Deputy Director of Consolidation, Deoria." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the chak revision filed on behalf of the petitioner against the order passed by the Settlement Officer of Consolidation is pending before Deputy Director of Consolidation since 4.9.2024. He further submitted that appropriate direction be issued for expeditious disposal of pending revision. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances, petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.2/ Deputy Director of Consolidation, Deoria to decide the aforementioned chak revision in accordance with law after affording proper opportunity of hearing to the parties, expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order before him.
