Mr.Raj Narayan, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client purchased land from respondent no.5 and was put in possession. There is disturbance being created by respondent nos.6 to 9. His client made representation dated 5th July, 2017 to the District Magistrate. He seeks direction upon said respondent to consider the representation. 2. Mr.Atul Khaneja, learned advocate, State Counsel appears on behalf of State and submits, it is a private dispute. 3. On query we have ascertained, respondent nos.5 and 6 are brothers. Petitioner says, she purchased the land from respondent no.5 and, inter alia, respondent no.6 is seeking to disturb her possession. The representation is dated as far back as on 5th July, 2017. The circumstances require petitioner to approach the civil Court for obtaining remedy, if available to her in law. 4.
