The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: (a) Direct the Respondent to make full and final settlement of claim of Rs. 6,36,000/- to the Petitioner, in respect of stolen vehicle bearing registration no. KA-03-AD-6108 along with interest @ 18% from 20.11.2019. (b) To issue any other direction or order or writ as deemed just in the circumstances and the probabilities of the case and the same may kindly be considered in the interest of justice and equity. 2. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that if all the documents are furnished, the respondents will process the payment due to the petitioner. 3.
