“Learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that the petitioner is willing to pay the entire decretal amount and that the petitioner only needs some time to collect the said amount. Notice of motion, returnable for 26.02.2026. Meanwhile, operation of the impugned order dated 06.12.2025 shall remain stayed. To be shown in the Urgent List.”

Despite there being repeated orders and the petitioner seeking adjournments, he has not been able to honour his commitment made before this Court.

In view thereof, the present revision petition is dismissed.
