Learned counsel for the respondent opposes the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the ground which has been agitated in the writ petition is purely on merits of the writ petition and in the opinion of this Court there is no error apparent on record. therefore, this review petition is dismissed.
