Pursuant to the order passed on 11.07.2025, the proposed arbitrator has given his consent in terms of Section 11(8) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, to act as an arbitrator. 4. Accordingly, Mr. Justice Pankaj Naqvi, a retired Judge of this Court, residing at B-41, Sector-30, Noida-201301, (Mob No. 9415236770), is appointed as the arbitrator to enter upon the reference and adjudicate the dispute in accordance with the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. 5. The arbitrator shall be entitled to fees and expenses, in accordance with the provisions of the fourth schedule inserted by Act No.3 of 2016. 6. The order dated 11.07.2025 is confirmed.
