This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of respondents, particularly the 3rd respondent at the instance of respondents 4 and 5 in repeatedly insisting petitioner to appear before the 3rd respondent police station and insisting her to vacate and deliver her house site property bearing plot No.157 admeasuring an extent of Ac.0.03 cents covered by R.S.Nos.337, 338 and 339 of Chinna Chouk Revenue Village in Kadapa Mandal of Y.S.R Kadapa District to respondents 4 and 5 as illegal, irregular, irrational, arbitrary, without any authority or sanction of law and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 3rd respondent not to interfere in any manner with petitioner’s possession over the said house site nor in her personal liberty…”
2. Heard Ms.Nimmagadda Revathi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, would submit that in the light of the interim orders dated 21.06.2021 in I.A.No.1 of 2021, no further orders are required to be passed in this matter. 4. This Court passed interim orders dated 21.06.2021 in I.A.No.1 of 2021, directing the respondent-police officials particularly the 3rd respondent not to call the petitioner to the Police Station without there being any case registered against her and also directed not to interfere in the civil dispute between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents. 4
5. In that view, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. _________________________________________
