In view of the above said facts and circumstances, as there is no cause of action subsists, this writ petition is disposed of as no further orders are required. However, liberty is given to the petitioner, if there is any fresh cause of action arises, to proceed in accordance with law. Interim order if any deemed to have been vacated.
