Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction, directing Respondent No.1, (The Tahsildar, Sirguppa) to forthwith implement the order dated 30.05.2025 passed by Respondent no.2 in case no. BHUUNI/THAM/APPEAL/219/2023-24 produced at Annexure-B. b. Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction, directing - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:13495 WP No. 107173 of 2025 Respondent No.1 (The Tahsildar, Siruguppa) to consider the representation dated 31.07.2025 submitted by the petitioners produced herewith as Annexure C. 3. The grievance of the petitioners is that the application submitted by the petitioners on 31.07.2025 at Annexure-C has not been considered by the Tahasildar and the survey has not been carried out. 4. A perusal of Annexure-C, indicates that it is an offline application, which has been filed without the necessary documents. Any applications which are filed for Survey/Durasti/Phodi, would have to be filed in an OnLine manner on the Sakala Portal accompanied by the necessary documents. The same not having been done, liberty is reserved to the petitioners to file a fresh application in the OnLine manner by fulfilling all the requirements.
