Learned State Counsel placed on record the written instructions of the Tahsildar dated 31.08.2025 to the Government Pleader Office. As seen from the said proceedings, it transpires that the Revenue Divisional Office, Tirupati has conducted enquiry and issued orders dated 29.07.2024 that the irregular entries made in favour of unofficial respondent No.5 in respect of the land to an extent of Ac. 1.40 cents in Sy.No.1514/1 of Chandragiri Village, shall be cancelled under Section 5(5) of the A.P.ROR Act, 1971, and make mutations in respect of the subject property in accordance with the provisions of law, as stipulated under Section 10 of the Hindu Succession Act, 1956, by protecting the interest of the affected parties. 2.
