The instant Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioner seeking indulgence of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:

Smt.D.Satyavathi, learned counsel for the Petitioner appeared in virtual mode. Learned Special Public Prosecutor for CID would submit that the alleged incident took place in Tamil Nadu State and a crime was registered in Tamil Nadu State. Police in Andhra Pradesh have nothing to do with the present case. Further, this Writ Petition may be disposed of granting liberty to the Petitioner to file a fresh petition before appropriate forum. Since the subject crime is registered in Tamil Nadu State, which does not fall within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court, it is apposite to direct petitioner to file a fresh application before appropriate forum according to law, if so advised. 3
