This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:

“.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the Respondents more specifically 4th and 5th Respondent Police Station officer calling me to the police station for the purpose of payment of amounts which is pending adjudication in several suits before the competent Civil Courts at the instance of the 6th Respondent, which is arbitrary, illegal, and contrary to well-established legal principles, apart from being violative of the provisions of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS) and consequently direct the Respondents not to call us to the police station for the purpose of settlement of civil disputes.”
2. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the unofficial Respondent, the Petitioner was called to the Police Station for preliminary enquiry, however, no case has been registered against the Petitioner and the Police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the parties. 3. Sri P.Sasidhar Reddy, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that, recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
However, Police are directed not to summon the Petitioner to the Police Station, in the absence of any crime registered against him and not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties. There shall be no order as to costs.
