Private respondent nos.5 and 6, taking advantage of his client being away at a place far away, by reason of working in Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), are seeking to disturb the possession. His client made representation dated 14th October, 2024 to respondent no.2. He seeks direction upon said respondent to consider the representation. Mr. Atul Khaneja, learned advocate, State counsel appears and submits, the representation will be duly dealt with. We are not inclined to direct issuance of notice on private respondent nos.5 and 6. Instead, respondent no.2 will consider petitioner's representation dated 14th October, 2024. Petitioner will communicate certified copy of this order along with copy of the representation to said respondent. For purpose of the consideration, said respondent may notice private respondent nos.5 and 6 and take such action as may be necessary. The writ petition is disposed of.
