By this application, the cross-objector seeks condonation of delay of 615 days in preferring the cross- objection. 3. It is seen from the record that the appeal filed by the Acquiring Body is already admitted on 02.12.2019. 4. Learned Counsel appearing for the cross- objector/applicant, on instructions, made a statement that in view of the law laid down by the Hon’ble Supreme Court, he will not claim the interest in case this Court enhanced the compensation amount from the period 02.12.2019 to 25.07.2023. 5.
