Pursuant to the order dated 9.5.2025, the petitioner No. 2- Rintu Shakya (corpus) has been produced by respondent nos. 4 and 5 and is identified by counsel for the respondent No.4 and 5. 3. On the Court's query, petitioner No. 2-Rintu Shakya (corpus) has stated that the petitioner No. 1- Saurabh Kumar had solemnized marriage with her fraudulently and, accordingly, she has denied to go along with him and wants to reside with her parents (respondent nos.4 and 5). 4. Petitioner No.1- Saurabh Kumar has brought cheque of Rs.40,000/- which is being handed over to the petitioner No. 2- Rintu Shakya (corpus) today in the Court. 5.
