1. By the present Writ Petition, the Petitioner is questioning the order impugned dated 18/03/2025 by which the application for grant of stay has been rejected in the revision filed by the petitioner under Section 91 (5) of the Chhattisgarh Panchayat Raj Adhiniyam, 1993 by the Commissioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Collector vide order 03/03/2025 (Annexure-P/5) has allowed the appeal preferred by the petitioner against the selection of respondent No.5 as Anganbadi Sahayika, however, the Collector has directed for fresh recruitment to the post of Anganbadi Sahayika, which was challenged by the petitioner in a revision before the Commissioner under Section 91 (5) of the Chhattisgarh Panchayat Raj Adhiniyam, 1993, though the revision has been entertained, but the stay application has been rejected.

Learned counsel for the State as well as respondent No.5 would submit that the recruitment process pursuant to the order of the Collector dated 03/03/2025 has been stayed by this Court till the final decision of the revision, therefore, this writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to Commissioner to decide the revision within a stipulated period.
4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties.
5. Looking to the submissions made by the counsel for the parties as well as the issue involved regarding recruitment process of Aanganbadi Sahayika, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the
3 Commissioner, Raipur to decide the pending revision preferred by the petitioner within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Till then, the interim order granted on 17/04/2025 shall remain operative. Sd/- Sd/- (BIBHU DATTA GURU) JUDGE Rahul
