On 28.04.2025, this Court had disposed of the petition with the liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh representation to the respondent no.2 within a period of two weeks from then with further directions to the respondent no.2 that the representation that may be given by the petitioner shall be decided within four weeks of its receipt. Now, the correction application has been filed by the petitioner on the ground that in order dated 28.04.2025, the facts have been inadvertently wrongly written. It needs to be corrected. In Para 3 of the Court’s order dated 28.04.2025, this Court has noted as follows:- “The petitioner claims that in his Class X and XII Board records. His mother and father’s name need to be corrected. His father’s name be recorded as “A.K. Gupta” instead of “Arvind Kumar Gupta” and the spelling of his mother’s name be recorded as “Sunita Gupta” instead of “Suneeta Gupta”.” Para 3 of the order dated 28.04.2025 is replaced as below:- The petitioner claims that in his Class X and XII Board records, his mother and father’s names need to be corrected. His father’s name be recorded as “Arvind Kumar Gupta” instead of “A.K. Gupta” and the spelling of his mother’s name be recorded as “Sunita Gupta” instead of “Suneeta Gupta”. This order shall form part of the order dated 28.04.2025. Let a note be added in Court’s order dated 28.04.2025. The Correction application is allowed, accordingly.
