We have considered the materials on record as well as the injury reports. Injury on Kabiruddin is not grievous whereas injury on Nureja is severe and on a vital part of the body. Nureja’s statement shows petitioner No.1 had assaulted her on the head. 3. Hence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner No.1 viz., Rasid @ Abdul Rasid. 4. Keeping in mind the extent of complicity of the petitioner Nos.2 to 5, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to them. 5.
