Challenging non-implementation of order dated 15.12.2023, the Petitioner has approached this Court by filing the present contempt application. 4. Learned counsel for the Contemnor on the other hand contended that the State Government has taken a policy decision recently and the same has been notified vide notification dated 04.04.2025, whereby all process prior to the OCS (RA) Rule, 2020 came into force shall be considered under the OCS (RA) Rule, 1990. In such view of the matter, the contempt proceeding is dropped by granting further three months’ time to the State-Opposite Party to implement order dated 15.12.2023, keeping in view the notification dated 04.04.2025. 6.
