The Court made the following ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:
“...to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent authorities in not granting the petitioners compensation for their assigned agricultural land in an extent of Ac.0.46 cents in survey No.39-18 of Ragumanda Village Denkada Mandal, Vizianagaram District which was acquired for the purpose of implementing Jagananna Pedalandariki lllu scheme as arbitrary, illegal, high handed and violative of principles of natural justice and violative of Articles 14,21,and 300A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent authorities to pay the petitioners their rightful compensation and to pass...”
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 3. While arguing the matter, learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that he brought all the material through representation dated 03.11.2025 to the respondents No.2 and 4 and requested to conduct an enquiry with regard to the representation and take appropriate decision. 4. Considering the said submissions, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the case. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents No.2 and 4 to consider the representation of the petitioners and based on records, take appropriate steps. The same may be communicated to the petitioner.
