Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader, on written instructions, would submit that, based on the complaint given by one 3 Mahalakshmi, who is the wife of the Petitioner, a case has been registered against the Petitioner. It is further submitted that, on the complaint given by the Petitioner in PGRS Grievance Cell, he was called by the Police for enquiry, however, he did not turn up. As such, the said complaint in PGRS No.KUR202510272722, dated 27.10.2023 is closed. 3. Sri B.S.Venkata Ramesh, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedies before appropriate forum in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
