Judicial 1st Class Magistrate, Tenali, registered against the petitioner and to pass ...” Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner, learned counsel for respondent No.2 and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent State. Perused the material on record. Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that there are case and counter cases pending between the parties and Petitioner herein is nothing to do with the offence alleged against her. She is falsely implicated in this case. Learned counsel would submit that except bald and omnibus allegations, no specific overt acts are attributed against her. During the course of hearing, learned counsel restricted the prayer and requested that the presence of the Petitioner may be dispensing with before the trial Court and the Criminal Petition may be disposed of by giving liberty to the Petitioners to raise such contentions before the trial Court in defence. Ms.Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. Considering the submissions made, the Criminal Petition is disposed of and the Petitioner is at liberty to raise the present contentions before the trial Court in her defence. However, the presence of the Petitioner herein before the 3 trial Court is dispensed with, except on the specific dates as directed by the trial Court.
