The present bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant Ashok Kumar Srivastava with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.122 of 2023 (Case No. 6844 of 2023), under Sections 326-A / 498-A I.P.C., Police Station Ujhani, District Budaun, during the pendency of trial. 4. Vide order dated 03.01.2025, the status of trial was called for on various counts by the coordinate Bench of this Court. 5. Office has placed a report of the trial court through its report dated 06.02.2025, the Court has perused the report dated 30.01.2025 of Additional District and Sessions Judge / Fast Trace (Crime Against Women), Budaun duly forwarded by the District Judge, Budaun on 30.01.2025, perusal of which goes to show that the trial court has reported that the trial in the matter has concluded on 01.03.2024. 6.
