This application has been filed for quashing the proceedings of Case No.1958 of 2018 arising out of Crime No.23 of 2018, under Sections 3, 25 and 27 Arms Act, 1959, P.S. Fatehgarh Kotwali, District Farrukhabad pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, District Farrukhabad. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in view of compromise recorded in Application U/S 528 BNSS No.26211 of 2025 (Mikkey Khan alias Mikkey Vs. State of U.P. and another), the present case be finally decided, as the same has been arises out of same proceedings. 4. Learned AGA submits that the present case arises out of same proceedings in which compromise has already been recorded in Application U/S 528 BNSS No.26211 of 2025 (Mikkey Khan alias Mikkey Vs. State of U.P. and another) and he would have no objection in case present criminal Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Mohd. Shaafi, Shujauddin Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : Arvind Srivastava Iii, G.A. Rani Khan And 2 Others .....Applicant(s) State of U.P. and Another .....Opposite Party(s) proceedings are put to an end. 5. In view of compromise recorded in Application U/S 528 BNSS No.26211 of 2025 (Mikkey Khan alias Mikkey Vs. State of U.P. and another), the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is allowed and the criminal proceedings in the above mentioned case is quashed.
