The writ petition is filed for the following relief: “….to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction declaring the action of the Respondents in not taking any action on the representation dated 26.09.2025 as Arbitrary, Illegal, Unjust, Unreasonable, Violative Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 3rd Respondent to adhere to procedure contemplated under law in dealing with the aforementioned report and pass such other order or orders…” 2. The contention of the petitioner is that the respondents ought to have implemented the Circular issued by the CCLA dt.19.03.2024 wherein the CCLA has clear instructions to the authorities that if any decree or any orders are passed by the competent civil Court or appellate authority or revisional authority, the said property should be kept in the dispute register. 3. In the instant case, on a perusal of the averments, no orders are passed by the competent civil court or appellate authority or the revisional authority under the provisions of the ROR Act. In the said circumstances, no orders need be passed in this writ petition. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No costs. 5.
