Public Prosecutor, Assam. 2. This is an application under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 whereby the petitioner Sayed Ali has prayed for releasing him on bail in connection with Bihpuria P.S. Case No.210/2024. 3. The allegation brought against the present petitioner is that large quantity of fake Indian Currency Notes were recovered from the house of the present petitioner. 4. Mr. Ahmed has submitted that the currency notes were actually recovered from the jungle behind the house of the present petitioner. 5. Mr. Goswami, on the other hand, submits that the fake currency notes were recovered from the house of the petitioner and the other people who were arrested in this case also supported this fact. 6. In view of the above, this Court is of the opinion that the allegation brought against the present petitioner Sayed Ali is a serious one and there are incriminating materials against him in the Case Diary. 7. Therefore, the bail application of the present petitioner is rejected and disposed of. Case Diary shall be returned. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
